Order Shipping/Delivery
- Available for domestic and international orders
1. Domestic (Taiwan and outlying islands) orders: Free shipping for orders over NT$1200. For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of NT$95 will be charged per order.
Delivery is via "SF Express Logistics", and outlying islands are served by "Chunghwa Post". Currently, we do not offer convenience store pickup or cash-on-delivery services.
2. International orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. When making a selection, please choose the corresponding country in the "Country/Region" field, and the system will automatically display the total with shipping at checkout.
Logistics services are provided by "UPS" or "Chunghwa Post EMS" for international delivery. For Hong Kong and Macau, delivery is via "SF Express".
- Products will be shipped to the designated address within 3-5 business days (excluding national holidays and pre-ordered items) starting from the next business day after payment is completed. An email notification will be sent upon shipment.
(If an order is returned due to non-receipt after shipment, the entire order will be canceled, and the reserved items will not be held.)
Order invoice issuance
Domestic Orders: All orders will be issued with an electronic invoice. Both 2-part and 3-part invoices are available. If a uniform serial number is required, please provide it accurately when placing your order. The invoice will be shipped with the goods. A carrier-based invoice can also be issued; please provide the correct carrier number.
International Orders: Domestic invoices are not issued or provided.
Order Payment Method
Online credit card payment only: This mall uses the Green World credit card system. All credit card data is directly encrypted and connected to the payment gateway. This website cannot obtain your credit card information from any alternative means, so you can safely use credit card payments on this site. Currently, the credit card types accepted by this site are: VISA, Mastercard, JCB.
Special attention for international orders
•Due to different import tariff regulations in various countries, if the logistics or customs wish to collect customs duties, taxes, or other additional fees for the goods upon parcel collection, these costs must be borne by the buyer.
•Due to the complex nature of international refund procedures, we are unable to provide return or exchange services for international members; products will be carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Unless the product's functionality is damaged and renders it unusable, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Please carefully confirm your chosen color and product before placing an order.
•Recipient information must be filled out completely according to local regulations. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect recipient information causing failed delivery, refunds and returns will not be accepted.
•After receiving the email shipping notification, parcel delivery typically takes approximately 2-7 business days. After shipment, delivery time may be extended due to courier delivery status and customs inspections. If you need to track the shipping status of your order, please reply directly to the shipping notification email to inquire about the tracking number.
•If the outer packaging of the parcel has obvious and severe damage resulting in damage to the contents, please take photos of the parcel and the damaged contents, and send a private message to our Official LINE account for further assistance.

What is ECOZEN material?
All cups with lids from Even Cup are made of ECOZEN material~
ECOZEN is an environmentally friendly bio-based material.
- Free of plasticizers and BPA, similar to baby bottle material, high safety standard.
- Resistant to acids and bases, not easily scratched or stained, and does not easily retain odors.
- Resistant to high temperatures, wear, and breakage.
Safe for long-term use.
(Citrus essential oils may cause fogging, which is normal and does not affect safety. This includes citrus-based detergents and beverages with lemon/citrus flavor additives.)
What are the capacities of the inner and outer cups?
Inner cup 670ml, outer cup 880ml (please refer to the water level line for recommended capacity)

Will the double-wall glass leak?
Our exclusive dual-cup, dual-lid patented design features a stackable and pull-out structure, combined with food-grade silicone seals, ensuring absolute leak-proof performance for easy portability and use.
Before use, please ensure that the silicone seals are correctly installed and that the inner and outer cups and lids are securely fastened into their respective slots before tightening.
(Not recommended for carbonated beverages, as the gas may affect the seal's effectiveness.)
Can it hold hot drinks? Is it heat-resistant/insulated?
The double-layered cup wall and air-insulated design of the Double Wall Tumbler effectively slow down heat transfer, keeping drinks cold for longer, extending the optimal drinking time, and preventing condensation from forming on the outer wall. (So, the cup won't "sweat".)
It is not recommended to use for hot drinks above 60°C to avoid scalding and to prevent pressure expansion of the sealed gas, which could cause the lid to not seal properly. Drinking with a straw also increases the risk of scalding. For high-temperature beverages, a thermos is more suitable!
The recommended drink temperature is between 0°C and 80°C. When first filling with a warmer beverage, it is recommended to open the straw cap to allow the internal gas and liquid to reach thermal equilibrium before closing it. This can prevent internal pressure buildup from affecting the seal and causing the drink to spray out.
(Do not use in microwave ovens, freezers, or with boiling water to avoid cracking or deformation)
Are the double cups convenient to carry?
The outer cup features a hidden handle for easy and stylish carrying, while the inner cup can be used with a cup holder.
How to clean and maintain?
- When cleaning, you can use a slender tool to assist in removing the silicone seal for separate cleaning.
- It is recommended to use a neutral detergent for gentle cleaning.
- Do not use metal scourers, magic erasers, or alkaline bleach for cleaning, as this may cause scratches on the surface.
- Do not use UV sterilization, as this may affect the product's lifespan.
After-sales Service & Returns/Exchanges
7-day appreciation period
This product comes with a 7-day appreciation period (excluding overseas regions).
Please record the unboxing process when opening the package to protect your rights.
The appreciation period is not a trial period. This product and its accessories are personal hygiene items and consumables. Once opened, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Policy
If the product is defective or damaged by non-human factors, it must be in a new/unused condition, and some items (accessories) and free gifts must be returned together. Please record the entire unboxing process upon opening the package to protect your rights.
- Situations where returns/exchanges are not possible
1. Product has been unsealed, used, or lacks completeness
Once the product has been unsealed or clearly used, making it impossible to restore to its original condition and affecting its resale value, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
2. Damage caused by improper use or incorrect cleaning
If the product is damaged, deformed, or deteriorated due to failure to follow proper usage instructions or the use of inappropriate cleaning agents (e.g., high temperature, UV light, alcohol, bleach, etc.), returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
3. Wear and tear or print peeling caused by normal use
Minor wear and tear or peeling of printed patterns that occur during normal use of the product are considered wear and tear, not defects, and are not covered by returns or exchanges.
4. Due to personal reasons
If due to subjective personal reasons (e.g., wrong product selected, color different from expectation, difference in scent perception, not matching imagination, etc.), exchange services will not be provided.
If you still wish to return the product, only "the entire order" can be returned, and you must apply according to the return process. If you wish to purchase other products, please place a new order.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure
Please apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt (based on the logistics delivery date). Applications for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period. We appreciate your understanding.
To apply, please contact us via our official Line account. A dedicated representative will assist you. Please have the following information ready:
1. Unboxing video
2. Proof of purchase (order screenshot or invoice)
3. Your name, mobile number, and address, for pickup information
The process will take approximately 5 to 10 business days, which includes logistics for product retrieval, inspection by our staff, and refund arrangements.
Return and Exchange Policy
•After the application is completed, customer service will arrange for logistics to pick up your item. When returning an item, all parts (accessories) and promotional gifts received with the purchase must be returned together. Please ensure the item and its original packaging are intact and use protective packaging when the logistics company comes to pick it up.
•Return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
If the return/exchange process cannot be completed within 7 days from the day after the return/exchange application due to an inability to contact you or failure to return the item, the return/exchange application will be automatically canceled and cannot be reapplied. Do not omit any accessories. Please do not disassemble or inspect the item yourself, or damage the original factory box. The original factory box and original packaging are part of the product, and any loss, damage, or missing parts may affect your rights.
