Usage Recommendations and Precautions
ECOZEN Copolyester material is heat resistant up to 110°C. This product is recommended for use at a maximum temperature of 90°C (recommended beverage temperature 0°C ~ 90°C).
- When using the inner cup alone, avoid filling it with excessively hot beverages to maintain good sealing effectiveness.
- Not recommended for carbonated beverages, as gases may affect the seal.
- Before use, please ensure the sealing silicone is correctly installed.
- For storage, secure the inner and outer cups with the lid's slots, then twist to fasten.
- When cleaning, use a slender tool to assist in removing the sealing silicone for separate washing.
- It is recommended to wash gently with a neutral detergent.
- Do not use metal scouring pads, melamine sponges, or alkaline bleaches for cleaning.
- Ultraviolet sterilization is not recommended to extend product life.
- Do not use in a microwave oven, freezer, or with boiling water to avoid cracking or deformation.
- Do not forcefully disassemble the flip-top lid.
- Citrus essential oils may cause hazing, which is normal and does not affect safety.
