Usage Recommendations and Precautions
ECOZEN Copolyester material is heat resistant up to 110°C. This product is recommended for use at a maximum temperature of 90°C (recommended beverage temperature 0°C ~ 90°C).
- When using the inner cup alone, avoid filling with excessively hot beverages to maintain a good seal.
- Not recommended for carbonated beverages, as the gas may affect the sealing performance.
- Before use, ensure the sealing silicone is correctly installed.
- For storage, snap the inner and outer cups into the lid slots, then twist to secure.
- When cleaning, you can use a slender tool to assist in removing and cleaning the sealing silicone separately.
- It is recommended to clean gently with a neutral detergent.
- DO NOT use metal scouring pads, melamine sponges, or alkaline bleach for cleaning.
- UV sterilization is not recommended to extend product life.
- DO NOT use in microwaves, freezers, or boiling water to avoid cracking or deformation.
- Do not forcefully disassemble the flip-top lid.
- Fogging caused by citrus essential oils is normal and does not affect safety.
