Usage Recommendations & Precautions
ECOZEN Copolyester material has a heat resistance of up to 110°C. This product is recommended for use at a maximum temperature of 90°C (recommended beverage temperature 0°C ~ 90°C).
- When using the inner cup alone, avoid filling with excessively hot beverages to maintain an effective seal.
- Not recommended for carbonated beverages to prevent gas from affecting the seal.
- Before use, please ensure that the sealing silicone is correctly installed.
- For storage, snap the inner and outer cups into the lid's slots, then twist to secure.
- When cleaning, you can use a thin tool to assist in removing the sealing silicone for separate washing.
- It is recommended to wash gently with a neutral detergent.
- Do not use metal scouring pads, melamine sponges, or alkaline bleach for cleaning.
- Ultraviolet sterilization is not recommended to extend product life.
- Do not use in microwaves, freezers, or with boiling water to avoid cracking or deformation.
- Do not forcefully dismantle the flip-top lid.
- Citrus essential oils may cause a hazy appearance, which is normal and does not affect safety.
